SUSANWATSON

 a visual voice

Susan has been studying and making art since 1970 but in 2006 she had the opportunity to study for two years at the studio of Nina Kovacheva in Paris who encouraged her to develop her abstract expressionist style.

In addition to exhibitions in Paris, southern California, Lake Tahoe, Ashland, OR and northern Nevada, she was jury selected in 2017 to be the U.S. Delegate to an international artist symposium in Hammamet, Tunisia where she exhibited with over 30 international artists. In June of 2018 she has been invited to be the American representative to the 6th edition of the Stefan Jager Art Symposium in Jimbolia, Romania.  Her paintings hang in private collections around the world.   She and her husband live in northern Nevada and spend time every year in Paris and Normandy.
